Your details come from the register, the figures are pre-filled from your last filings, the technical formats are generated for you, and you confirm a plain-English preview before anything is sent.

Enter the number and we pull your company name, incorporation date, registered address and accounting dates from Companies House automatically. Your issued share capital is read from your last confirmation statement — you just confirm it's right.
The technical documents, handled
iXBRL accounts and the tax computations HMRC and Companies House require are prepared for you. You never touch the XML — or see it, unless you want to.

Before submission you get a clear summary of exactly what's going where, and for which period. Nothing is submitted until you confirm it.
The result, in minutes
After you submit we poll HMRC and Companies House and email you the moment your filing is accepted — or the exact rejection reason and what to fix. Rejected filings can be corrected and resubmitted at no extra cost; the subscription covers every attempt.
Your login is never stored
Your Government Gateway password is used once at submission and immediately discarded — never written to disk, never logged. Filings go direct to the official government APIs.
