Both filings. From £19 a year.
Every plan covers both filings: your annual accounts, and the nil tax return HMRC asks you for. No add-ons, no hidden fees. Plans are based on how many companies or LLPs you manage, not how many filings you make. For a company that return is the CT600; for a dormant LLP it's the SA800, filed for whichever years HMRC's notice covers — same price either way. A CIC is the mirror image: we file its nil CT600, but its accounts need a CIC34 and £15 fee no software can send.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after you subscribe. If you cancel within those 14 days and haven’t yet had a filing accepted by Companies House or HMRC, we issue a full refund — a rejected submission doesn’t count against you.

Yes. Every paid plan has a 3-year option — one payment covering three years of the same service, at around 20% less than three annual payments (Basic £45, Multiple £95, Agent £119). Choose it at checkout, or switch from the plan settings in your account. It renews every 3 years and you can cancel the renewal anytime.

During the first 14 days you can cancel for a full refund, provided no filing has yet been accepted by Companies House or HMRC. After that, we don’t refund partial billing periods, but your access continues until the period ends.
