Annual accounts deadline
We take your year-end date from Companies House and work out when the accounts are due — including that awkward first-year deadline.
Confirmation statement deadline
Your confirmation statement is due every year even when nothing has changed. We track the date and remind you before it — filing the statement itself stays with you.
Company status
If Companies House moves to strike your company off — or dissolves or restores it — we catch it on the next day's check and email you straight away.

The exact email schedule
Reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before each deadline. If a deadline passes, overdue alerts at 1, 7, 30, and 90 days after. No vague “we’ll keep you posted” — this is the schedule.
