Compliance calendar

Every deadline, in the calendar you already check

Included on every plan — the free Watchdog included.

Dormant company deadlines are easy to miss precisely because nothing else is happening — there's no bookkeeping rhythm to remind you the company exists. So we put the dates where you actually live: your own calendar, and your inbox, on a ladder that gets louder as the date gets closer.

In the product

One link, every deadline

The calendar feed card on the dashboard holds a private subscription link. Paste it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar once and every deadline we track — accounts, confirmation statement, director ID verification and the CT600 periods you've entered — appears there and keeps itself up to date.

  1. 1Your private feed link — it carries every deadline we track for every company on the account.
  2. 2Copy it once into the calendar you already check.
  3. 3Regenerate or revoke the link at any time.

The calendar feed card shows the private subscription link, a Copy URL button, and the option to regenerate or revoke it.

Subscribe once, never stale

One feed URL works in Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. It carries your accounts deadlines, confirmation statement dates, director ID verification dates, and any CT600 period dates you've entered — across all your companies. When you file, the dates update themselves.

A reminder ladder, not a single ping

For accounts and confirmation statement deadlines we email at 90, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before the date — and if something slips past, overdue alerts follow at 1, 7, 30 and 90 days after. One missed email never means a missed deadline.

Director ID verification, tracked

Every existing director must verify their identity with Companies House by the company's first confirmation statement date after 18 November 2025. We work out that date for your company, remind you, and put it in the feed.

Synced with the register daily

If your accounting date changes, or a period gets filed elsewhere, the daily Companies House sync notices and your deadlines move with it — no manual updating, and nothing to keep in your head.

Corporation Tax dates, on your terms

HMRC sets CT600 periods with you directly, so the periods are entered by you — we suggest them from your accounts and your Companies House record, and you confirm every one. Confirmed periods carry their statutory deadline into your calendar and reminders; if HMRC's letter says different dates, their letter is definitive.
