Dormant client filings, 49p a company
File dormant accounts and nil CT600 returns for up to 100 client companies on a single £49/yr Agent plan. Portfolio dashboard, one summary email a day, CSV export, and you file under your own Government Gateway credentials — clients never share their login.
The economics
One flat annual fee. Both filings per company. No per-submission charge.
£49
per year, Agent plan
100
company slots included
49p
per company, per year
Each slot covers both the dormant annual accounts to Companies House and the nil CT600 to HMRC. Compare that to the £150–300 an accountant typically charges per company per year, or the time cost of doing it manually through WebFiling and the HMRC portal.
Built for a portfolio, not a single company
The Agent plan adds tools you need when you have dozens of dormant clients to manage.
Portfolio dashboard
Every company in one view. Filter by needs-attention, recently filed, or issues. Search and sort as the list grows.
One email a day, all companies
A single summary covering every company's upcoming and overdue deadlines.
CSV export
Download your full company list with statuses, deadlines, and period data for your own records.
File on behalf of clients
Submit CT600 returns using your own Government Gateway credentials, declared as agent — clients never share their login.

File when it's due
Work through each client at filing time. Dormant accounts go to Companies House; the CT600 goes to HMRC using your own Government Gateway login, declared as agent. Clients never share credentials.
Your credentials, not your clients’
File as agent with your own Government Gateway
CT600 submissions go to HMRC using your agent Government Gateway login, declared as agent in the return. Clients never share their Government Gateway credentials with you through DormantFile — or with us.
Your password is never stored
Your Government Gateway password is used once at submission time, then discarded. Never written to disk, never logged. You type it at filing time and it’s gone.
April 2028: software-only filing becomes mandatory
The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) reforms require all Companies House accounts to be filed through commercial software from April 2028 — WebFiling will close for accounts. DormantFile already files this way. If you have dormant clients who currently self-file through WebFiling or post paper accounts, the 2028 deadline is a natural moment to migrate them onto a tool that’s already compliant.
