Everything we do for your dormant company
Purpose-built for dormant and non-trading companies. Here's exactly what you get, in plain English — no accountant required.
Adding your company takes seconds
Three steps. We do the digging; you confirm what we find.
- 1
Look up your company
Enter your company number. We pull your name, incorporation date, registered address, and accounting dates from Companies House automatically.
- 2
See what's outstanding
We read your full filing history and work out every accounts period you still owe, right back to incorporation. Years behind? You'll see exactly what's due — or run the free Companies House audit for the same picture before you sign up.
- 3
Share capital, read for you
We read your issued share capital straight from your last confirmation statement and fill it in — you just confirm it's right.
Filing, done for you
We pick the right accounts and submit them straight to the government. The fiddly parts are ours.
Pick the right accounts for you
Genuinely dormant? Choose to file dormant accounts. Not trading but repaying a Bounce Back Loan or similar? Generate and file FRS 105 micro-entity accounts from a few figures. You choose at filing time, in plain English.
Filed straight to the government
Your accounts and CT600 go directly to Companies House and HMRC through the same official filing systems Xero and FreeAgent use. No printing, no posting, no portals.
Long periods? We split them for you
If your accounts cover more than 12 months, HMRC needs two Corporation Tax returns — a 12-month period and a stub. We work out the split and pre-fill both. Most filing tools can't do this.
Your accounts, attached — no re-keying
Every CT600 carries your statutory accounts. We pull the iXBRL you already filed at Companies House and attach it automatically — nothing to re-type. Filed elsewhere? Upload your own instead.
Years behind? Catch up in one sitting
We read your full Companies House history and surface every unfiled accounts period right back to incorporation. File them oldest-first — no period limit, no extra charge.
The technical documents, handled
We prepare the iXBRL accounts and tax computations HMRC and Companies House require. You never touch the XML.
Know the result in minutes
After you submit, we check with HMRC and Companies House and email you the moment it's accepted — or the exact rejection reason and what to fix if it isn't.
Corporation Tax dates — yours, not ours
Enter your UTR and CT600 period dates. We suggest them from your accounts and your Companies House record, but you confirm every date — we never guess them.
Already filed it elsewhere?
Mark a period as done — through your accountant or another service — so it drops out of your list and reminders.
See it before it's sent
A clear summary of exactly what's going where, and for which period. Nothing is submitted until you confirm.
We watch every deadline, so you don't have to
The thing that keeps directors up at night is a missed filing and a penalty. This is how we make sure that never happens.
We email you before every deadline
Reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before each filing is due — and overdue alerts at 1, 7, 30, and 90 days after. One short email a day, with the penalty amount so you know the stakes.
Autopilot: file next year in one click
Optional, and for dormant company accounts only. Turn on autopilot from the company's autopilot page or settings and we store your Companies House authentication code encrypted (AES-256-GCM, never logged), prepare next year's dormant accounts, and email you 30 days before the deadline — one click files them. Turning autopilot off keeps the code saved so re-enabling is one click; remove it any time from the company's settings, which deletes it immediately. Your CT600 is always filed by you.
Synced with Companies House daily
If your accounting date changes or a period is filed elsewhere, we notice automatically — no manual updates.
Spots filings made elsewhere
Filed through your accountant? We find it in your Companies House history and tick it off for you.
Strike-off watch
When a strike-off notice appears in the Gazette, we catch it in the daily sync and email you while the objection window is still open and you can act. And if the company is struck off or restored, we pause or resume filing and reminders and tell you straight away.
Hide what you're handling separately
Suppress a period so it stops showing up in reminders and your to-do list.
Every deadline in your own calendar
Subscribe once in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — across all your companies. Dates update themselves as you file, so your calendar is never stale.
